“The Brain Health Kitchen newsletter is for people who are motivated to take the best care of their brains. It's a place to find the latest information about brain-healthy living, along with easy recipes based on the Mediterranean and MIND diets. Since launching the newsletter, our community has really grown! I write once or twice a week and am happy to answer questions in the comments.
Much of the content I write is driven by subscribers' questions. For example, last year there were a lot of questions about getting enough protein, eating for a healthy metabolism, and eating to reduce cholesterol so I did multiple posts on each topic to go more in-depth; I call these mini-series and they have been really popular. I also summarize topics into BHK Guides, which are downloadable pdfs that cover a topic such as brain health supplements or cooking oils. Subscribers can join for free to get one information-packed post a month. Paying subscribers get full access to all the articles, guides, and recipes. There is also a Founding Member subscription which includes four live on zoom cooking classes a year. These Kitchen Chats are also a way for everyone to ask questions in an informal setting--cooking with me in my kitchen.”
