In a double boiler, melt the 12 ounces high-quality bittersweet chocolate and separately melt 6 ounces of white chocolate. Once melted, pour the bittersweet chocolate onto a tray lined with parchment paper and spread out evenly. Pour melted white chocolate on top of bittersweet chocolate. Swirl the two chocolates together using a butterknife.
Before chocolate hardens, sprinkle ½ cup of your choice of chopped nuts over top.
Sprinkle your choice of ½ cup of dried berries over top.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of coarse sea salt over top.
Set in refrigerator to harden.
Once hardened, remove from refrigerator and break into smaller pieces to enjoy.
