Jennifer Ventrelle, M.S., R.D.N.

Jennifer Ventrelle, MS, RDN, CPT, is a registered dietitian, certified personal trainer, and co-author of The Official MIND Diet. With over 20 years of experience in clinical nutrition, fitness, and mindfulness-based lifestyle interventions, Jennifer specializes in developing programs that reduce dementia risk and promote well-being through the MIND diet and other sustainable lifestyle habits.

She is also a mindfulness meditation teacher, trained to deliver Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) through the UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness, and integrates this approach into her work to support lasting behavior change and emotional resilience.

As an Assistant Professor at Rush University Medical Center, Jennifer designs and directs behavioral intervention trials, including the U.S. POINTER Study — the largest lifestyle intervention trial in the U.S. aimed at preventing cognitive decline. She is also the founder of CHOICE Nutrition and Wellness, LLC, where she partners with individuals and organizations to advance integrative wellness and behavior change.
