The product arrived in good time and is part of my daily routine as I have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2015 and also have type two diabetes I do everything I can to keep healthy. My sleep pattern has improved and my energy level is much better so fingers crossed.  

I am very pleased with Relevate , I believe  it has improved my overall brain health . Cognitive improvements/ preservation are noted in terms of memory , responsiveness , concentration   and retention. I have energy to work out 3-4 times per week and ability to recover quickly.  My immune system is excellent .  I also have enjoyed a few of the recipe videos and tips provided by the health experts in the company. As we age it is imperative that we adopt a healthy lifestyle and take the appropriate supplements to nourish our brain . I have tried other supplements and noticed some improvement but with Relevate the improvements are more significant and sustainable.

I loved my experience with Relevate!  Arrived on time, and in good condition.  My mom died of Alzheimer's so I'm trying to do all I can to reduce my chances, and keep my brain healthy.  I most definitely will recommend.  I have not started taking it yet because I was taking individual supplements, some of which were contained in Relevate.  However, I contacted the customer care team and they have been PHENOMENAL in response to me and my questions, did their research and got back to me multiple times to go thru each of my supplements and advise that it was either ok to continue with Relevate or that it was already included in Relevate and that I can stop taking it separately and I'm SO impressed that they were so caring and so responsive to me.  A+++++

I love this supplement! My daughter recommended this to me and I have been taking Relevate for over a year now. My memory has improved since taking it and I like that it's also focused on long-term brain health/prevention. I'm a retired nurse and usually pretty skeptical of supplements, but the research they based the product on is really strong. Definitely one of the better products on the market!

I've been using this for a few months now and have been pleasantly surprised. I am taking it to protect my mental abilities for the long-term (my grandma had Alzheimer's), but I have noticed better focus for sure and I definitely sleep better. With the combination of these two things I just feel like I'm sharper--especially in important meetings or when I'm working on something that's complicated.

Brain health is definitely not something that I ever thought of before, but it makes complete sense. Since I’ve had my kids, I noticed that my short term memory is terrible. I watched my grandmother suffer greatly from Parkinson’s Disease near the last several years of her life.
